By using the nwaseptics.com website or requesting services from NWA Septics LLC ("NWA Septics," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
NWA Septics LLC provides residential and commercial septic system installation, real estate septic inspections, septic system service and repair, and excavation services throughout Northwest Arkansas, primarily serving Benton County and Washington County.
All estimates provided by NWA Septics are based on information available at the time of the estimate, including property details, system type, and anticipated site conditions. Estimates are not guarantees of final price.

Any material changes in scope or cost will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed. Work will not proceed beyond the originally agreed scope without customer approval.
Service appointments and installations are scheduled based on crew availability, weather conditions, permit timelines, and project queue. NWA Septics will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred dates.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, permit delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if a scheduled appointment needs to change.
Project timelines may also be affected by county permit and inspection processes, which are outside of NWA Septics' control.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project estimate or invoice. A deposit may be required for larger installation projects before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the start of work.
Accounts that remain unpaid beyond agreed terms may be subject to collection. NWA Septics reserves the right to suspend or withhold services on accounts with outstanding balances.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' advance notice. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or after significant project preparation has been completed may be subject to a fee to cover incurred costs.

NWA Septics is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground features. We recommend contacting 811 (Call Before You Dig) prior to any excavation work.
For applicable septic system installations, the county permit process involves a county representative handling the site evaluation and a licensed designer specifying the system. NWA Septics coordinates with this process and performs the installation in accordance with the approved design. Permit timelines are subject to county scheduling and are outside our control.
NWA Septics stands behind the quality of its installation and repair work. Any workmanship concerns should be reported to us within 30 days of project completion so we can evaluate and address the issue promptly.
Workmanship coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, neglect, external factors (flooding, freeze events, vehicle traffic over system components), or normal wear and tear.
NWA Septics' liability in connection with any service is limited to the value of the services performed under that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of use or loss of income, arising from septic system failure or service delays.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from services provided by NWA Septics shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Benton County or Washington County, Arkansas.
